Jon has held the RCVS Certficiate in Small Animal Surgery (Cert SAS) since 2004. He is experienced in a wide range of surgical procedures including joint surgery, fracture fixation, keyhole spays (laparoscopy), airway surgery and reconstructive surgery.

Area of further study

Jon regularly attends training courses and meetings to keep up to date with various areas of small animal surgery, and recently visited a specialist centre in Houston, Texas to advance his skills in arthroscopy (keyhole joint surgery).
